Youngster or youngster at heart, the career development course is a course designed to help individuals, especially the high school graduate or soon to be high school graduates build and navigate their career paths.

We are born into this life and we learn various skills and patterns that enable us to navigate through the tides and waves of life at different stages but at some point, the survival pack no longer serves us, and so we are faced with a life-changing decision to make: do we force things and carry on or do we allow the change and step into the unknown?

This really came about as a result of the issues I came across coaching people, especially young people in both age, and career & ministry experience the constant feeling of exhaustion that would threaten to blow up all they had worked hard to attain.
