Tis So Sweet

The other day I was reading a book and one of the topics was on synergy.

The author gave an example of how synergy worked in a class he was teaching at a University and the outcome was incredible because they learned how to tap into synergy i.e. the sum total of the parts is greater than the whole.

As a class, they let go of their old program, course structure and decided to move into an exhilarating class project that revolutionized the way they did assignments.

The point the author was making was, when you work in synergy as a team, you abandon the predictable because you trust each other beyond the boundaries, beyond the safe spaces and you're ready to risk provided you face the risks together.

The predictable, the structure, the certainty is all thrown out of the window and I believe that is what happens when we do life with God.

When we trust God beyond our own plans He takes us to a whole new level of unchartered possibilities, the impossible becomes possible and that's the realm of God’s operation.

Just imagine how much you could get done with God, the places He could take you but before that are you ready to give up the safe, predictable, certain, structured space into an unknown realm with your faith in God as the only trampoline?

Stepping out into the unknown is really where God dwells, for it's the realm of faith.

let go of the norm and go for purpose over programs, insights over information, assignments over usual duties. God is so much greater and He wants you to live in the greatness realm.

Rediscover Yourself

God wants you to rediscover yourself in the most unimaginable yet fulfilling and thrilling way. He desires for you to let go of the norm and go for purpose over programs, insights over information, assignments over usual duties. God is so much greater and He wants you to live in the greatness realm.

Perhaps you are looking for a job but what God has in store for you is a business, a ministry, or a training institution something far beyond ordinary and here you are frustrated over why is God not giving you a job!

Why isn’t He answering your prayers in the way you would want Him to? The truth is, if God answered our prayers always in the way we would want Him to, then we would miss out on some of the best things.

God's Ways Are Not Our Ways

However, I have come to learn that the ways God takes us through on our journey to the promised land is often uncomfortable and it looks nothing like a path to victory but we need to trust Him beyond what we can see and that’s the catch!

God is wiser and He knows better. He knows what you truly need because He sees your future. He also knows the implications of some of the decisions that you make now in your finite knowledge that would lead to problems in the future, thus out of love He doesn’t answer some of your prayers.

God is never against us but if there is anyone always rooting for us, it's God. If we could only be trusting enough, we would come to understand that great verse of “No eye has seen, no ear has heard what God has in store for those that love Him”.

Because God is all powerful, all good, all knowing, why not just trust Him with your life? Including those things you think you can handle by yourself.

If we learn how to do life with God there’s no imagining what we could do, we will shock the world with the outcome.

It's so much better to trust in God and just follow His lead. Tis’ so sweet to trust in Jesus.
